Is Camp PlanIt really free?
Yes — every feature, for every family, forever. There's no trial that runs out, no paid tier, and we never ask for a credit card.
How does Camp PlanIt make money?
Schools and camps pay us — families never do. Partner schools feature their summer camps on the platform, and camps can pay for clearly labeled featured placement. That funds the app so it stays free for parents.
Do featured camps affect my search results?
No. Featured camps are always labeled "Featured" so you can tell them apart, and they never change your search results, your AI recommendations, or what your friends see.
I had a Premium subscription — what happens to it?
Every feature is now free, so there's nothing to subscribe to. If you had an active paid subscription, contact support@campplanit.net and we'll make it right.
