Camp PlanIt is operated by Little Sports LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). "Camp PlanIt" refers to the services provided by the Company. By using Camp PlanIt, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Camp PlanIt helps parents:

• Discover youth camps
• Organize camp schedules
• Share planning information with family and friends

Camp PlanIt acts as a planning and information platform and does not operate or manage camps.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for activity under their account

3. User-Generated Content

Users may submit camp information or other content. By submitting content you grant Camp PlanIt a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

Users agree not to submit content that:

• Is false or misleading
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive or illegal material

Camp PlanIt reserves the right to remove content.

4. Camp Information Accuracy

Camp PlanIt does not guarantee the accuracy of camp listings. Camp details such as dates, pricing, availability, and program descriptions may change at any time. Users should confirm all information directly with the camp provider.

5. Third-Party Links

The app may link to external camp websites. Camp PlanIt is not responsible for:

• Third-party website content
• Third-party policies
• Transactions with camp providers

6. Subscription Terms

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be billed through:

• Stripe
• Apple App Store
• Google Play

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refund policies are subject to the payment provider's policies.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to access unauthorized systems
• Scrape or copy data from the platform
• Disrupt or damage the service
• Upload malicious code

8. Limitation of Liability

Camp PlanIt is provided "as is." Camp PlanIt is not liable for:

• Errors in camp listings
• Canceled or changed camps
• User disputes
• Damages arising from use of the platform

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
